By using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

ABOUT RAJAGNYA
 Rajagnya is an online food delivery platform that allows users to browse, order, and receive food from local restaurants. We provide a convenient way to discover menus, place orders, make secure payments, and have food delivered to your doorstep.

USE OF THE SERVICES
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Minors must have permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You agree not to misuse the App or use it for illegal activities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs within the App are owned or licensed by Rajagnya. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
When you place an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges. Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment gateways.

DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates. We aim for timely delivery but cannot guarantee it due to factors beyond our control.

USER CONDUCT You agree not to:
Violate any laws;
Abuse or harass others;
Upload or transmit harmful content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rajagnya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
